a relaxing getaway
wide variety convenient location beach access
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. fresh fruits and pastries were available. the omelet station provided customized options. The chef was attentive! the gym had several treadmills and weights. i could maintain my workout routine. the location was convenient with beach access. It allowed for easy relaxation.
the lighting in the bathroom area was a bit dim, it could use some improvement.

nice stay at beachfront haven
controllable air conditioning comfortable bed daily drinking water
the premium room i stayed in featured controllable air conditioning. i found the bed and pillows comfortable. complimentary drinking water was provided daily. it all contributed to a really pleasant stay. the hotel gardens contained frangipani trees leading to the main pool and beach. the breakfast choice was amazing, i loved the iced coffees.
the hotel seemed to be cutting corners. i felt they were changing room tariffs instead of enhancing guest experience. it is a shame, i likely won't return because of it.

fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel
lush gardens friendly staff huge selection
The hotel grounds are very well-kept. I really liked the lush gardens lined with frangipani trees. the staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. breakfast offered a HUGE selection, i especially enjoyed the iced coffees and the variety of traditional thai and european options.
The hotel restaurant had limited options. I wished there were more choices for lunch and dinner.

Fresh smoothies and a selection of fruits were available, I thought that was a VERY nice touch. The staff were attentive, promptly fulfilling drink requests for ice coffee and green tea.

The room was spacious, it features a large king size bed, along with nespresso pods for coffee. i noticed a large balcony with a bathtub and a day bed. blinds for privacy! the room includes complimentary robes and slippers. The cleaning was always to a high standard.

The hotel had two beautiful pools. I liked how the staff constantly maintained the grounds and gardens. there is a large, WELL-equipped gym open 24/7. a snooker room . complimentary morning yoga classes were available to everyone.

the hotel is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the airport, that's quite convenient! nearby I saw a lot of places to eat and things to do. there is direct access to the beach, and the pool and beach staff were helpful with umbrellas and food and drink requests.

friendly staff multiple pools high windows steep stairs
the staff at the level were very friendly. candy and her team was great. there was multiple pools to use all around the resort.
the room had high windows. i cannot see anything outside while in the room and steep stairs was needed to access the balcony. it could be very difficult for people with minor mobility issues.

friendly staff amazing breakfast iced coffee towel situation towel station no convenience
i found the staff very friendly. the breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice. the iced coffees were lovely! i stayed in a premium room, it was spacious and clean.
the towel situation was not great. i had to take a towel from my room to the pool. it seemed like a pain. there was no towel station at the pool.
